“LORE™” FOUNDATION (LOVE & RESPECT)
It has been actively working for years in its own causes and in collaboration with serious entities such as Red Cross EU Office, Cancer Research UK, Unicef and Save the Children, as well as collaborating with the social work and humanitarian aid program of the United Nations.​

ECO BUSINESS
We are also a company committed to the environment, we recycle 100% of the waste produced within our facilities, we use environmentally friendly equipment and we do not work with paper, everything we produce is digitally managed.

INTERNAL PHILOSOPHY
Our policies respect the rights of all professionals who collaborate directly or indirectly in our projects, we encourage the reconciliation between work and social life with a 4-day work week, we follow an equality plan, we develop the professional's quality of life program, our professionals have the option of online work, maternity and paternity leave and all that is determined by labor legislation.

HUMAN RESOURCES
Our goal is to generate between 300 and 400 jobs per year, derived from the new projects achieved by our account managers and the demand of our strategic partners. Our human resources team dedicates much of its time to retaining these talents, with individually developed career plans, above-market compensation, scholarships, bonus payments for objectives, among others.
